General Information:
The District has put together a team of legal, financial and engineering professionals who are in the process of guiding the District through the formation of an assessment district with multiple benefit zones for the individual communities of Rincon Point, Sandyland Cove and Sand Point Road. Once the funding is in place, final design and permitting activities will commence for each community.
